Real Estate Sales Agent

Canvas Realty is looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are excited to succeed in real estate and don’t want to deal with too many details in the transaction. Our inside sales support can handle most of the paperwork and technical details, so our sales agent focuses on building relationships, networking and growing our client community.

As a Sales Agent, you will focus on lead generation, community engagement, and client relationships, while our team provides the tools and resources to help you thrive. You will have access to a marketing team to handle social media and branding and negotiation support to manage paperwork, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling real estate and serving clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through For Sale By Owners (FSBOs), expired listings, buyer workshops, community events, and other lead-generating activities.
  • Engage with the local community to build your brand and establish strong client relationships.
  • Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide expert real estate advice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance your online presence and reach more potential clients.
  • Work with a dedicated negotiation team to assist in contract preparation, paperwork, and transaction management.
  • Stay up to date on local market trends to provide clients with the best possible service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active California Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to network, build relationships, and establish trust with clients.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Familiarity with CRM tools are a big plus.
